At Ca’ dei Fiori, the bond between family and land is inseparable: the hills are not simply where work takes place, but the environment that has shaped the character, sensitivity, and choices of generations. It is here that the family has built its path, combining agricultural tradition with the daily care of the vine, learning to respect the steep slopes, the rhythms of the landscape, and the ever-changing light of the seasons.
This intimate knowledge of the hills—rooted in observation, experience, and memory—continues to guide the identity of the estate today. Every decision, from vineyard management to the production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, stems from a balance between what the land teaches and what the family has long preserved: the value of authenticity.
It is this living relationship with the territory that makes Ca’ dei Fiori deeply rooted, able to bring past and present into dialogue in every bottle.

Our Vineyards
Ca’ dei Fiori’s vineyards lie along the historic Strada del Vino Bianco, now known as the Strada del Conegliano Valdobbiadene, set among steep hillsides and gentle slopes at the foot of the Treviso Prealps. Here, Glera grows on soils of morainic origin, sandstone, and clay, ensuring rapid drainage of rainwater while also providing a valuable deep water reserve. The steep gradients make viticulture entirely manual: pruning, canopy management, and harvesting are still carried out by hand, row by row.
From these sun-exposed vineyards, shaped by a mild, well-ventilated microclimate, come our Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOC and DOCG wines, defined by freshness, aromatic finesse, and the elegance that only this territory can offer.

Our winery
Ca’ dei Fiori was founded on the farming tradition of Giustino, who spent years working these hills of Valdobbiadene with patience and determination, making the vine the heart of family life.
Today, his son Luca carries that legacy forward. Raised among the vines and in the cellar, he chose to remain in this land, continuing to produce Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, deeply rooted in its territory and history.
With an eye to the future and firm roots in tradition, Luca upholds the Ca’ dei Fiori style: a daily commitment shaped by care, attention to detail and respect for the landscape, so that every bottle offers a sincere reflection of the family behind it and the hills that surround it.

Extra Dry represents the most welcoming and versatile expression of our production. It is the wine that best conveys the sense of conviviality that defines Ca’ dei Fiori: immediate freshness, a gentle style, and a balance designed to accompany everyday moments.
If Rive tells the story of the hillside in its verticality, Extra Dry expresses its softer and more harmonious side, the result of work that brings together experience, sensitivity, and respect for the raw material.

Guia Rive
Rive di Guia is the wine that, more than any other, embodies the essence of our winery. It comes from steep vineyards that require manual work and an intimate knowledge of the hillside, elements that Luca inherited from the family tradition.
This selection captures the purest character of Valdobbiadene: a wine that brings to the glass the verticality of the land, the light of sun-exposed slopes, and the precision of viticulture that allows no shortcuts.
It is our way of telling the most sincere and demanding side of work in the vineyard.
